Services
Great Plains Fence provides residential and commercial fence installation, repair, and related services in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and surrounding communities. All services are subject to written estimates, signed agreements, availability, and applicable local regulations.
Communications Consent
By submitting contact information, customers expressly consent to receive communications via phone calls, SMS/text messages, email, voicemail, and automated messaging systems. These may include appointment confirmations, project updates, estimate follow-ups, customer service responses, billing notifications, and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Text message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, which may use automated technology. Customers can opt out at any time per the instructions included in each communication.
Call Recording & Monitoring

User Responsibilities

Estimates & Payments
Project pricing requires a formal written estimate, which is valid for a limited period. Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. Non-compliance with payment terms may result in service delays or referral to collections.
Warranty
Great Plains Fence stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty details are available upon request. Most materials also carry manufacturer warranties, details of which will be provided at the time of your project.
Limitation of Liability
Great Plains Fence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
